AssessFirst expands its client base and confirms its success in international markets

After an exceptional 2015, AssessFirst is stepping up its development. AssessFirst, the international leader in predictive recruitment solutions, ended the first half of 2016 with a revenue growth of almost 100%. There are two factors behind this success: on the one hand, gaining the loyalty of clients that are already using the solutions, and on the other hand, gaining many projects in international markets.
A success story confirmed in France
The first half of 2016 ended on a very positive note for AssessFirst. The predictive recruitment solutions editor announced a revenue growth of nearly 100% and the acquisition of many new projects in France.
50 new clients, in particular, have chosen the AssessFirst solution including La Banque Postale, la Redoute, BHV and the TF1 Group.
“The TF1 Group now uses the AssessFirst solution for all types of positions and projects – recruitment, mobility, as well as monitoring employees with high potential. The group was attracted to its simplicity, accessibility and the commitment of our solutions. Furthermore, eight predictive recruitment projects have been completed successfully during the last six months, in particular, at BHV”, notes David Bernard, CEO and Co-founder of AssessFirst.
Accelerated international growth
This growth is also linked to AssessFirst’s international development, which began with its strategic partnership with SmartRecruiters in March and the opening of an office in New York in April.
In six months, international sales have represented nearly 30% of sales in the first half of 2016.
“The confidence of major international brands such as Toyota, Olympus and EvoBus (Daimler Group) confirm the unique added value of AssessFirst’s predictive recruitment. We, therefore, envisage a strong growth for the second half of 2016 and expect to surpass our initial annual objectives and obtain close to €2.8 million in revenue at the end of the year,” explains Arnaud Caupin, General Manager of AssessFirst.
To accomplish this, the company intends to rely on different levers such as:
- The increased internationalisation of the activity and the solutions,
- The availability of the solution in 3 new languages: Russian, Brazilian Portuguese and Chinese,
- Developing sales to large groups that are increasingly open to new recruitment practices.
New institutional supports
Riding on this success, AssessFirst has been selected by Cap Digital’s Fast Track growth acceleration programme. This programme allows innovative hyper-growth companies to be guided by all Cap Digital partners such as BPI France, COFACE, INPI and Business France.
